The Outrigger Enterprises Group recently sold selected operations in Australia and New Zealand to the Stella Resorts Group (owned by MFS Limited). The Outrigger name was not sold, so as a result of this agreement the Outrigger properties in Australia have been rebranded to Peppers or Mantra.

Both Peppers and Mantra are well know brands in Australia aimed at the higher end of the market.
